Vishnu Rao Bapat

Dr. Vishnu Rao Bapat M.Sc., Vaidya Visharad is the co-founder of a successful ayurvedic company by name Sagar Pharmaceuticals, Bangalore. He worked as its Managing Director for 26 years. The company produced and exported many innovative herbal formulations for chronic diseases like epilepsy, tonsillitis, skin diseases, and painful menstruation. After retirement from the pharmaceutical business, Dr. Bapat formulated an herbal drug for the treatment of white discharge in women. He proved its efficacy and safety in two studies conducted at St John’s Medical college and Al Ameen pharmacy college both in Bangalore

Dr. Bapat is associated with many professional, social and spiritual organizations. He signed up with Shandilya institute of Spiritual advancement (https://www.shinetrg.com/) and attended regular study classes of different scriptures as designed by his Guru Swami Chinmayananda. He is now fully engaged in the study and teaching of Vedanta.
